What can 'The Traitors' host, Claudia Winkleman, teach companies about employee wellbeing?

After all, she doesn't think exercise is for her (she says she's allergic to sweat & lycra), she's not a big fan of drinking water AND she's a self-professed homebody. Yet, she has balanced her family and her successful career, all while prioritising wellbeing in her 50s. Her rejection of the conventional "6 am-gym-green-smoothie-cold-water-plunge" wellbeing formula is not only refreshing but familiar to so many other employees. If you're struggling with engaging the disengaged and coming up with an inclusive wellbeing strategy, particularly for employees in their 40s and 50s - this webinar is for you.

The reasons?

Struggling to resonate:

HR is struggling to engage whole populations with their wellbeing strategies: more than half are struggling to increase employee engagement levels. (XpertHR).

Critical gap in care for women:

There's a critical gap in care for women who continue working in their 40s and 50s: nearly 900,000 women in the UK lost or left their employment due to menopausal symptoms. Global menopause productivity losses top $150 billion a year. (Bloomberg).

The impact of burnout on employees:

Building a sustainable and fulfilling career is harder than ever: less than one-third of people strongly agree they can reach their full potential at their organisation (TINYpulse), while 95% of HR leaders say burnout accounts for half of the annual workforce turnover (O.C. Tanner).
