New research from YuLife & YouGov, What Employees Want: Workplace Wellbeing Trends in 2025, reveals a growing gender gap in workplace wellbeing, with women significantly less likely than men to feel their wellbeing is in a good place. Only 54% of women rate their wellbeing as "good," compared to 63% of men.
Financial insecurity and a lack of flexible working arrangements are key barriers holding women back, impacting both their career progression and overall wellbeing.
It’s time to close the gap.
